George Keech, V.M.D., completed his undergraduate degree at the Pennsylvania State University before going to the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine where he graduated in 1990.
After veterinary school, Dr. Keech pursued advanced training in Comparative Medicine and Surgery (understanding the similarities between human and animal disease expressions). He moved to Connecticut in 2004 where he has since resided with his wife and two sons. Currently, the household has also welcomed 6 cats and 2 dogs to the family: Halo, Danni, Jackie, Sammy, Rocky, Mittens, Kiki, and Sushi.
Dr. Keech serves as a Senior Consultant for the Fidelco Guide Dog Foundation, a nonprofit organization providing German SShepherd guide dogs for the blind.
Dr. Keech enjoys bicycling and doing other outdoor activities with his family during his free time.
